Le but de cette \u00e9tude est de r\u00e9pertorier ces paradigmes artistiques, afin d\u2019en d\u00e9gager les int\u00e9r\u00eats litt\u00e9raires. D\u2019o\u00f9 la question de savoir quels apports litt\u00e9raires s\u2019harmonisent-ils avec le langage en art culinaire dans ce livre ? Il s\u2019agit de comprendre la corr\u00e9lation qui subsiste entre litt\u00e9rature et nourriture. En cherchant \u00e0 valoriser l\u2019identit\u00e9 de l\u2019art culinaire tchadien, l\u2019auteure s\u2019offre un discours qui s\u2019appuie sur une rh\u00e9torique par des outils lexicologique, s\u00e9miologique et descriptifs propres \u00e0 la gastronomie.
