Partant du constat qu\u2019avec les \u00e9volutions majeures que connaissent les institutions d\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, il devient imp\u00e9ratif de renouveler ses m\u00e9thodes et pratiques de formation, \u00e0 travers l\u2019institutionnalisation de la p\u00e9dagogie universitaire. La th\u00e9orie de l\u2019autod\u00e9termination de R.-\u00a0M. Ryan et M.-L. Deci (2000) et la th\u00e9orie de l\u2019expectation et de la valeur d\u2019Eccles et Wigfield (2002) ont constitu\u00e9 le cadre th\u00e9orique de cette recherche. Nous avons opt\u00e9 pour la m\u00e9thode d\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage probabiliste stratifi\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer l\u2019\u00e9chantillon de cette \u00e9tude. L\u2019\u00e9tude est de type quantitatif, le questionnaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi comme instrument de collecte de donn\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s de 120 \u00e9tudiants. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette recherche montrent que la p\u00e9dagogie universitaire favorise la motivation des \u00e9tudiants \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage. Ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9s et interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide du logiciel SPSS version 20.00 et la v\u00e9rification des hypoth\u00e8ses par la r\u00e9gression lin\u00e9aire simple.
