Cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 entreprise pour mettre en \u00e9vidence la <\/span><\/span>pression des activit\u00e9s agropastorales sur l\u2019espace de p\u00e2ture<\/span><\/span> en p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie du Parc National de Sena Oura (PNSO) dans la province du Mayo-kebbi Ouest Sud du Tchad. <\/span><\/span>La d\u00e9marche s\u2019est appuy\u00e9e sur les donn\u00e9es secondaires, primaires, satellitaire en suite du traitement et l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es statistiques. Les r\u00e9sultats sur la pression des activit\u00e9s agropastorales <\/span><\/span>montre une occupation<\/span><\/span><\/span> du front agricole de 43,91%, technique d\u2019am\u00e9nagement des champs de 27,02%, surp\u00e2turage de 20,27% et feu de brousse de 08,78%, \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9s respectivement sur 65, 40, 30 et 13 m\u00e9nages <\/span><\/span><\/span>sur 148 m\u00e9nages \u00e9chantillonn\u00e9s a \u00e9t\u00e9 enqu\u00eat\u00e9<\/span><\/span>. En plus on d\u00e9nombre 10326 t\u00eates de cheptel (bovin, ovin et caprin) parqu\u00e9s sur un m\u00eame espace causant un risque de surp\u00e2turage s\u00e9v\u00e8re. Les donn\u00e9es satellitaires ont montr\u00e9 \u00e9galement, une occupation du sol par l\u2019extension des champs respectivement de 8619, 10688 et 32017 hectares correspondants aux ann\u00e9es 1990, 2008 et 2022.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Pressure from agropastoral activities on the periphery of the sena oura national park (PNSO) in southern Chad<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Abstract<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/a> This study was undertaken to highlight the pressure of agropastoral activities on the grazing area on the periphery of the Sena Oura National Park (PNSO) in the province of Mayo-kebbi West South of Chad. The approach was based on secondary, primary and satellite data following the processing and analysis of statistical data. The results on the pressure of agropastoral activities show an occupation of the agricultural front of 43.91%, field management technique of 27.02%, overgrazing of 20.27% and bush fire of 08.78%, sampled respectively on 65, 40, 30 and 13 households out of 148 sampled households were surveyed. In addition, there are 10,326 heads of livestock (cattle, sheep and goats) penned in the same area causing a risk of severe overgrazing. Satellite data also showed land occupation by the extension of fields of 8,619, 10,688 and 32,017 hectares respectively, corresponding to the years 1990, 2008 and 2022.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>
