Il r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les pratiques \u00e9valuatives actuelles, h\u00e9rit\u00e9es du mod\u00e8le colonial fran\u00e7ais, conservent les empreintes d&rsquo;une logique de contr\u00f4le, de s\u00e9lection et de certification. Cette orientation nuit \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;apprentissage en privil\u00e9giant la m\u00e9morisation \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension et au d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences. Cet article d\u00e9fend une \u00e9valuation formative et contextualis\u00e9e, bas\u00e9e sur la r\u00e9gulation continue, la r\u00e9troaction constructive et l&rsquo;engagement des apprenants. En se basant sur les travaux de Bloom, Allal, Perrenoud et Black &amp; Wiliam, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude montre que l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation formative est un levier pour une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9, \u00e9quitable et pertinente. Elle propose un mod\u00e8le op\u00e9rationnel contextualis\u00e9 au Tchad bas\u00e9 sur la planification int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, le suivi personnalis\u00e9, la co\u00e9valuation et la capitalisation des r\u00e9sultats.
