Il part du constat selon lequel les \u00e9tablissements secondaires \u00e0 Ndjamena pr\u00e9sentent des rendements scolaires faibles qui se traduisent par le redoublement, l\u2019abandon et l\u2019exclusion des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. A cet effet, nous nous sommes pos\u00e9 les questions de savoir\u00a0: comment la politique \u00e9ducative am\u00e9liore t\u2019elle le rendement scolaire des \u00e9l\u00e8ves du secondaire et quelle est sa port\u00e9e\u00a0? Dans cette optique nous avons d\u00e9fini une hypoth\u00e8se g\u00e9n\u00e9rale selon laquelle \u00ab\u00a0la politique \u00e9ducative am\u00e9liore le rendement scolaire des \u00e9l\u00e8ves des Lyc\u00e9es Ebou\u00e9 et F\u00e9minin. Pour la v\u00e9rifier, nous l\u2019avons op\u00e9rationnalis\u00e9e en Trois hypoth\u00e8ses sp\u00e9cifiques : la dimension attitudinale, la perception du contr\u00f4le et la dimension de la norme subjective qui ont une incidence positive sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9ducation. Les donn\u00e9es de cette \u00e9tude ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recueillies \u00e0 l\u2019aide de questionnaire et analys\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide du logiciel SPSS 17 et le test de corr\u00e9lation de Spearman a permis d\u2019\u00e9tablir des liens de corr\u00e9lations entre les variables comme suit\u00a0: Les tableaux 43 et 44 montrent que R-deux est de l\u2019ordre de 0,630 ceci montre\u00a0 que la VI\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0la dimension attitudinale\u00bb explique la VD\u00a0:\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0\u00a0l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 travers les coop\u00e9ratives \u00bb \u00e0 63%. Les tableaux 45 et 46 montrent que R-deux est de l\u2019ordre de 0,608 ceci montre\u00a0 que la VI 2\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0la perception du contr\u00f4le\u00bb explique la VD\u00a0:\u00a0\u00abl\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9ducation\u00a0\u00e0 travers les coop\u00e9ratives\u00bb \u00e0 60,8%. Les tableaux 47 et 48 montrent que R-deux est de l\u2019ordre de 0,602 ceci montre\u00a0 que la VI\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0la dimension de la norme subjective\u00bb explique la VD\u00a0:\u00a0\u00abl\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 travers les coop\u00e9ratives\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 60,2%.
