Seulement 3,4% des professeurs titulaires tchadiens sont des femmes, et leur part dans l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur stagne \u00e0 11%. Cette marginalisation s\u2019explique par des barri\u00e8res structurelles marqu\u00e9es par l\u2019absence de cr\u00e8ches universitaires, les financements pr\u00e9caires (8% des projets f\u00e9minins financ\u00e9s), la mobilit\u00e9 internationale contraignante ; des normes socio-culturelles (double journ\u00e9e de travail (les femmes assument 80% des t\u00e2ches domestiques), mariages pr\u00e9coces (41% avant 18 ans), et st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes coloniaux limitant l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux STIM ;\u00a0 des r\u00e9sistances \u00e9pist\u00e9mologiques li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00e9g\u00e9monie des th\u00e9ories occidentales et perception des \u00e9tudes de genre comme un \u00ab\u00a0f\u00e9minisme import\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb (S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, Tchad).<\/p><p>La m\u00e9thodologie utilis\u00e9e est ax\u00e9e sur la collecte, le traitement et l\u2019analyse des donn\u00e9es issues de plusieurs sources. Il ressort que des initiatives transformatrices \u00e9mergent et qu\u2019il est important de souligner comme Yeny Rivas, \u00ab\u00a0\u00c9duquer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 est la cl\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.
